Clifton Knolls Homes
There are four basic home styles in Clifton Knolls, corresponding to the pictures shown at the right, including the Hanover Colonial, Standish Colonial, Executive Ranch and Raised Ranch. The approximate square footage of each style is given in the table below:

These homes have 4-5 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, hardwood floors, attached 2-car garages, gas hot water heat, full insulation, dining room, living room, family room, eat-in kitchen, full basements and fireplaces.
There are some unique variations of these models that are available with 5-6 or more bedrooms. The development is fully treed with mature hardwood, pine and fir trees. Many homes are extensively landscaped with add on porches, patios and pools.
Mill Creek Estates
The homes in Mill Creek are all uniquely custom built with typical examples shown on the right. They are situated on large treed lots with extensive landscaping. Each home has a unique floor plan generally encompassing 3-4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, with living room, dining room, family room and large eat-in kitchens. They have attached 2-car garages with full basements. Many have add-ons including porches, patios and pools.
