General Area Map for Clifton Knolls and Mill Creek
Clifton Knolls and Mill Creek are easily accessible from the Adirondack Northway (I-87) at Exit 8A or Exit 9. The map above shows the route from either Northway exit to our development. We are located in the southeast quadrant of Clifton Park. Shopping, schools, libraries, YMCA's and even the Town Hall are only minutes from our front door. Clifton Commons is home to the Town's athletic fields, senior center, ice rinks and outdoor concert stage.

The locations of our parks, pools, tennis courts and executive golf course are also shown. Entrance markers with their gardens are attended by resident volunteers and are on the corners of all entrances to our development from the major adjoining roads.
